Manually entered transactions not listed

Hi there,

I'm using QB self employed online.

I've entered transactions manually but when I scroll down with the side bar  a few of the oldest ones in the 2018/19 tax year dont show up but the total transaction figures at the top are correct.

I know they are there because when I do a manual search for a specific client or expense they will show up in a list.

I've tried a different browser but this hasnt helped.

It seems like its to do with scrolling down the list and the scroll bar.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Hello Andrew, thanks for getting in touch with the Community. When you search for the transactions what section do they show up in? Is it invoices/transactions or reports/ home dashboard? Is this happening on a browser on a mobile device/pc or both and is the tax year set to all when the transactions do not show? Could we ask what date you have entered in the cog in the top right in tax profile as to the start date of Self Employment as well?We can certainly look into this for you based on the information you provide😊

Hi Emma,

I've just worked out what was wrong.

I didn't have the page open as full screen view on my laptop and it wasnt allowing me to scroll down far enough to see all transactions.

Silly mistake on my part but thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

It is an easy mistake to make, glad you have got it all sorted now though.
