Mapping itmes to new Online

We have a large parts stock which needs mapped to new online   the mapping seems different which is causing issues with ordering new parts.  We used the Item number as our unique ID but online seems to use description.   Is anyone else having same problem and is there a way to solve this at mapping stage?

Hello, @Mags936.

 

We have the SKU column for the template when importing products and services to QuickBooks Online. If you're using the Item Number, you can add it under the SKU column.
