Match doesnt show when bank transferred and double entry

Please see attached file for my snapshot detail

 

1.1 on 10/02/20 Chq account transferred money for $1,900

1.2 on 10/02/20 Gen account received money for $$1,900

 

2.1 on Chq account, after reconciled the account history page shows C on that transaction.

2.2 on Gen account it shows manually added.

 

3. on Gen account, after refresh the $1,900 doesnt show MATCH and the transaction hasnt not reconciled.

 

4.1 on Gen account, after reconciled the account history page shows double entry, one with C one manual 

 

4.2 on Chq account, after refresh the account history page shows double entry, one with C one manual
