I cannot edit the payment amount when I try to match part of a transaction, the column that is shown on the QB tutorial video is missing?

Hi Monty, can you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337, line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm, it is free form any UK landline or mobile and you will be able to set up a screen share with the agent on the phone and they will be able to see exactly what your trying to do and get it resolved for you.

Where are you trying to edit the payment amount are you trying to do this on the banking transaction page or the receive payment off the invoice? Here is an article which tells you all about catergorising and matching transactions and another about add or match transactions
