Matching invoices/transactions

Hi all

 

having a problem with my app! Anytime I try to match an invoice to a transaction the app freezes! I usually match the invoice to the transaction and whatever the remainder is gets put into a withholding tax expense I created myself. When I try to add the remainder the app freezes and closes down! Any ideas?

If you're using an Android device, we can go ahead and refresh your apps data to fix common issues when using the mobile app. 

 

Before we do, you can change the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).

 

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Clear app data. To do this:
    a. Open your device Settings.
    b. Select Apps (varies by device).
    c. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    d. Select clear data.

 

Once done, be sure to power down and restart your device.
