Mobile app invoice not showing as saved or leading to send page then creating duplicated invoices on multiple attempts

Hi Hewitt300,

 

Thanks for your post! We don't currently have any reported issues with this, to troubleshoot, please follow the steps below to refresh the data within the app:

 

  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

After this, please close/re-open the app before creating a new invoice - if the issue persists, get back to us below with the app version that you're currently using (you can check this within the app settings or within your app store) so we can take a closer look. 🙂
