Multidrop Mileage

Hello I do some multi drop courier work, which puts the mileage from one day into many journey's. Is there a way to group the mileage into one overall trip, or does this type of record need to be entered manually?

Thanks for asking the Community for your mileage concerns, @adampw1969. 

 

At the moment, you can only add your multiple trips manually in QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Select the Miles menu, then select Add trip.
  2. Enter the distance in the Add miles field.
  3. Edit the Date. You can also select the pencil icon to edit the start and end addresses. 
  4. Add a Trip purpose note.
  5. Select Save.

 

I can understand how it would be favorable for you and your company to combine the trip into a single business trip. 

 

Since this feature is currently unavailable, I've relayed your suggestion to our product development team. That way, they can take a look at it and see whether it can be considered in a future updates.
