My account has asked me to send any invoices, receipt etc how do I do this?

At this time, you can invite an accountant in QuickBooks Online.Accountants can access your company file and financial data through QuickBooks Here's how to invite your accountant: 

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Users.
2. On the Manage Users page, select the Accounting firms tab.
3. Click the Invite button.
4. Enter your accountant's information and click Save.
