I can help you display your business email on invoices instead of your personal email address, hellohust.

Once you set up your company's email address in QuickBooks Online, it will appear when you send your invoices. This feature makes it easier for your customers to recognize and respond to you.

Let's first check your company settings to ensure that your business email address is displayed on your invoices rather than your personal email.

To access the company settings:

  1. Hover to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. On the Company page, click the Contact info.
  3. Enter your business email address.
  4. If you tick the Same as company email section, the business email will show in your sales forms, such as invoices.
  5. Hit Save and click Done

Updating your company email address in the Contact Info section of your QuickBooks Online account settings ensures that your business email will be visible when sending invoices instead of your personal email.

Moreover, to enhance the look of your sales forms, such as invoices, you can customise them. Additionally, if you've received a payment from your customer, it's important to record it in QuickBooks to mark it as paid.

You're always welcome to revisit this thread whenever you require assistance managing your invoices and with your business email to show instead of your personal email. Have a good one!
