My app doesn’t work, I have to go online to write invoices ect, everytime I try and do everything on the app it says manage subscription even tho I’m subscribed help!

No matter what I do it doesn’t let me use the app without saying manage subscription

Hi liamallon92-iclo Have you installed the correct app? We can see that you have a Simplestart account (small business account) and therefore you have to install the accounting app not the self-employed app.
