Question

My app is syncing limited info with my account so I can't see things like contacts and invoices. Tried clearing the cache but didn't do anything. How can I fix this?

Can you try refreshing the app to see if that syncs all the information into the web version and also try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the app again to see if that fully syncs with the web version.
