My bank transactions are not showing even though its telling me their are outstanding allocations on the dashboard

Glad to have you here today. Let's get you out of this situation to fix outstanding allocations on your dashboard inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).


Since you can't find the transactions that caused the outstanding allocations inside your company file, you can manually download those bank transactions to have them available on your end. I'll gladly input the steps below to get you going. Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to Bookkeeping and then click Transactions.
  3. Select Bank transactions.
  4. Press Update.
