My bank transactions aren't synchronising today

Did you encounter a specific error message or code while you're on the Banking page? Additional details about this would be much appreciated. 

 

In QuickBooks, bank updates take place when we receive new information from your bank. This happens every night where your bank transactions are being downloaded on the program. 

 

If you don't want to wait for the scheduled download, you can refresh the connection to get the latest available transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh All.

 

You can keep working in QuickBooks while the accounts update. It can take a few minutes.

 

If the same thing happens, you might need to manually import the bank transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

When you're done, review and categorise your transactions to put them in your accounts.
