My Camera on my Samsung Android phone won't connect to Allow me to Snap Receipts ?

I have tried refreshing data and have reinstalled the App. And nothing seems to work

I'm here to share a reason why your android phone won't be able to use receipt snap.

 

Did you get this specific error message? Camera Error. Cannot connect to camera. If yes, we have an ongoing investigation regarding the camera not allowing QuickBooks to snap receipts. This issue has been raised to our engineer for further investigation. Rest assured that they are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.  

 

I'd highly suggest contacting our Support team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates on the investigation status.

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account in a web browser.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select Contact us.
