Question

My credit card account from HSBC is showing the balance in QB but not the transactions. the other accounts have updated fine. any idea what has gone wrong?

Thanks for visiting the community today, @alexshoward73. We can manually update your HSBC bank in QuickBooks to refresh the connection. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Banking menu, then go to the Banking tab. 
  2. Select the bank account. 
  3. Click on the Update button.

 

If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the onscreen instructions. 

 

If the issue persists, select Check Connections in the error banner. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
