My daily transactions from my banks aren't automatically updating,how do I solve this,I use the app

To address this matter promptly, please provide the name of your bank institution and any relevant information or screenshots that can help us resolve the problem.

 

In the meantime, let's refresh the app's data to resolve any data issues. Please follow the steps below based on your phone type.

 

For the IOS version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Menu iconthen tap More Options.
  2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

 

If you get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

I'd also recommend contacting your bank or checking their website to investigate any potential issues on their end.

 

Additionally, you can open your account in a web browser to see if the transactions are visible there. If not, you may consider uploading them manually in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
  2. In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
  3. From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
  4. Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.
