My dashboard wont load why is this??????

It's possible that a browser-related issue is causing this behavior, edwardreynolds70.

 

We can try to refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard, or do the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Open an incognito or private browser and sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. This mode is an Internet browser setting that prevents browsing history from being stored. 
  2. Once logged in, go to the dashboard section. If it loads successfully, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing your browser cache is one of the diagnostic steps to resolve any browser-related problems.

In addition, we can open your account in a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari) to see if your dashboard is working. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Team so we can investigate more of the issue. You can reach out to us by following these steps:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
