Question

My expense catagories have diminished - I need motor running expenses and travelling expenses to be restored along with repairs and maintenance - anyone help

We'll be happy to take a closer look at your reported issue with the expense categories. For clarification, are you attempting to select a category on the app or web version of QuickBooks? 

 

If using the app, please check that you are updated to the latest version available in your app store. If this doesn't fix, please specify which mobile system you're with (iOS or Android).

Let me ensure you can run your expenses smoothly in your QuickBooks account by performing some basic troubleshooting steps for us to determine where the problem lies.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

Once done, we can restart your device and reopen your QBO mobile app to double-check. If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
