I'm here to assist you in fixing your QuickBooks Online mobile app to run the Snap Receipt feature efficiently.

 

Sometimes, mobile applications fill a lot of cached storage, which causes feature malfunctions. This could be why the green shade isn't showing when using the snap receipt feature. To fix this, you'll need to clear the QBO mobile app's cache.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Select Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select Clear data or Offload App.

 

After that, you'll need to login to your QuickBooks account again.
