My historic data is not visible on my phone QB, but is on my laptop, ie customers, previous invoices...... What had happened, as previously all visible on my phone?

New transactions on the laptop are visible on the phone.
Had to relogin the phone last week.

Let me share information on how transaction data showed on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

Please know that the QBO mobile app had a limitation on showing details, and it only displays a year's worth of your data. Thus, it's the reason why your invoice historical data isn't visible on your mobile app.

 

As an alternative, I recommend logging in to your QBO account using a browser on your phone or your laptop. This way, you can view all your invoice transactions.
