My income and expenses haven’t updated since last July ?

Hello MARK, Welcome to the Community! Can you see transactions in the transactions section past July? How do you enter the transactions? Do you have a bank account connected? If so the open banking rules with the banks state a third party connection like QB must be authorised by the user every 90 days when did you last sign in before today to update the authorisation? If you have done that have you deleted or closed the bank account connected?Thanks
