My income invoices when paid won't match on the app .. says not accepted says check transaction if OK then do it online it matches on Website but not through the app??

That said, we can clear the app data of your application to refresh it and eliminate common errors that could cause the following issues mentioned above. To start, please ensure you're connected to the internet then perform the steps below:

 

  1. Tap the Menu ☰ and click the Help & Feedback.
  2. Click the Refresh Data.
  3. To confirm, click Refresh.

Refreshing the data didn't work for me.

It's not been working for months now, and I asked for help around February but nothing worked to fix it!  I have to do the transaction matches on the web/laptop which isn't always ideal!

If you haven't tried uninstalling and installing your QBO app, I suggest doing so. This will help clear out any glitches that might be causing the issue.

 

To uninstall the QuickBooks Online app, you can follow these simple steps: 

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Select Delete App
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

 

You can then proceed to reinstall the QBO app using the links below: 

 

  •  For Android users, you can download the app via  Google Play.
  • For iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch users, the app is available via the iTunes App Store.
  • You can also get the download link through SMS.

 

If the issue persists after reinstalling the app, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team. They have the necessary tools to troubleshoot and resolve it.
