I'll share insights about sending invoices in QuickBooks Online to ensure they go through and your clients can receive them.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation where customers, like you, have been having problems in sending invoices. Rest assured that our engineering team is aware and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

For now, let's consider downloading a copy of invoices and manually sending them using your email outside QuickBooks. While this problem is not yet fixed, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. You can work with one of our specialists in creating a ticket linked to the said investigation to receive updates via your email on file. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Emailing invoices did not go through in the What can we help you with? text area.
  5. Choose Chat or Callback to connect with our specialists online.
