My invoices are not showing as being sent

Let's work together to resolve the issue with your invoice, @geming-hotmail-c.

To begin with, I'd suggest logging out and logging back in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to refresh it and allow the changes to take effect.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our support team. We've received reports that some users are also having the same issue with their invoices. Where they've already sent it but it's still marked as undelivered.

 

By contacting our support team, we can ensure you'll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email once the issue has been resolved.

 

In the meantime, you should check the Email me a copy of my invoice box. When you send an invoice, you will receive a copy of it. As a result, we can determine whether or not the invoice was sent. Another option is to resend the invoice or contact your customer and inquire whether or not they have received their billing.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Hover to the Sales menu.
  3. Select the Messages section and put a check in the Email me a copy at (email) box. 
  4. Click Save and Done.
