My logo will appear on the invoice design template but not visible when I preview the PDF and never appears on invoices sent to customers. It does appear on the dashboar

We currently have an ongoing issue about logo not showing on customer's invoice,  tom-locke.

 

This has been raised to our engineers to investigate why this is happening. They are currently working on getting this issue fixed. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to add your company to the affected list of users. You'll receive an email notification about the status of the issue.
