I can help you add logos to your sales forms, info-jasonthomas.

Aside from the logo not being able to display on your invoices, we're you prompted with an error? When uploading logos, just make sure that it meets the required format. We can try adding the logo again and verify if the issue is browser-related.

Log in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, you can follow these steps on how to add a logo to your templates.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right, click Custom form styles.
  2. Look for the Standard template if you want to use the same logo across all sales forms. Click Edit.
  3. Under the Design tab, click Make logo edits.
  4. Select Show logo and select your preferred placement and size.
  5. Click Done

To apply it to your invoices, make sure that the standard template is selected. What I'm referring to is on the Invoice page, you can see the Customise menu at the bottom, ensure Standard template is selected for the logo to show. Or if you have a specific style you wanted to use for that invoice.

If you're able to do these seamlessly, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache to remove stored internet files that caused the unexpected behavior. Another way to isolate browser issues is to use other supported browsers.

Just let me know how this works and if you have other questions you need help with. I'll be here to sort it out for you. Take care and have a good one!
