My Nationwide Bank transactions since yesterday are not listed in quickbooks but I can see them in the nationwide app.

I'm here to make sure you can get those downloaded transactions from your Nationwide Bank account in no time.

 

When you connect your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed, the system will automatically downloads bank transactions regularly (every 24 hours). Here are some instances why missing transactions can occur:

  • An update on your bank’s information such as the name (bank merger), account number, and login credentials requires you to refresh it in QuickBooks
  • There may be ongoing maintenance on your bank’s website

 

We can run a manual update to ensure your bank transactions are updated. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh All

 

This helps restore the bank connection and will trigger updates to your bank transactions.

 

Once they're in, you can now categorise them so they will be place on the correct line of your Schedule C. 

 

Moreover, you can create rules to speed up reviews in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
