We appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention, userhlpercy. We want to ensure this matter is addressed quickly, so your bank deposits auto-matches to your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and record your transactions accordingly.

For the time being, we have an ongoing issue where bank rules don't auto-add transactions. Rest assured that this issue is currently being worked on with utmost urgency.

In keeping with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. To do this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect: Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F, or Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Furthermore, you may want to add transactions manually as a workaround.

Additionally, we recommend regularly reconciling your accounts (monthly) to effectively track your income and expense transactions.

We appreciate your patience. Please feel free to visit us anytime if you need further assistance managing and categorizing bank feed transactions in QBO. The Community team will always be around to help you out again. Keep safe.
