The unexpected behavior your experiencing with invoice list may be caused by an overloaded data in your default browser's cache. Let's try a couple of basic troubleshooting steps on your browser to resolve. As an initial troubleshooting step, we can use a private browser to start a new session. Let me share some keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If it works and you're now able to create new invoice, you can clear the cache in your internet browser to start clean and resolve unexpected product behavior. Otherwise, try using other supported browser to be thorough.
