My sent invoice did not have my bank details on it but it was there on the preview before I sent it

I have checked this issue here in our system, and we have received no report about sent invoices not showing bank details.

 

To isolate the problem, I recommend having your customer open the invoice using their browser's incognito feature. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to test if there's an issue with the browser.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox) 

If it works, have your customer go back to their default browser and clear cache. See Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online for more information.

 

Otherwise, switch to a different browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. The one they are currently on may be having a temporary issue with QuickBooks, and using a new browser for the moment will allow them to get back to work.
