My transactions are not uploading even though it is linked to my bank account

Let's get your bank transactions uploaded so you can get back to business.

 

Before we start, may I know what bank is linked to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? Any additional information could help us verify if the bank has an issue connecting with QuickBooks.

 

In the meantime, let's manually update your bank account in QuickBooks. This will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
  3. Choose the bank account you want to update.
  4. Select Update.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to check for any notifications or updates with regards to uploading transactions to QBO.

 

Once your transactions are uploaded, you can categorize and put them in the correct account.
