My transactions have duplicated and ones I have reviewed have gone back to unreviewed even though I have attached receipts and all, any suggestions

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) automatically downloads your latest transactions once you connect to your bank and credit card accounts to Online banking. You'll want to review your bank statement by signing in to your bank's website to prevent the duplicates.

Once done, you can exclude the duplicate transactions.

Here's how: 

1. Open the transaction from the Transaction page.
2. Check Exclude on.
3. Select Save.
