Need to have a email address which is automatically cc to all invoice with out me adding it each time, is this possible?

That is definitely possible, mail8.

 

Let me share the steps on how to add an email address that'll be copied every time you send an invoice. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner of QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and click the Pencil icon beside Messages.
  3. Check the box for Email me a copy at or enter the email address in the 

    Copy (Cc) new invoices to address field.

  4. Click Done
