Question

Nine bank transactions between 26 and 30 April have not been recorded by quickbooks, please can this be corrected?

Hi info1630 If the bank transactions after this date have been brought through and processed you'll have to either manually create the transactions or import them via a CSV.

Thank you for your advice. I have now done this. Is there any explanation as to why this happened though? It is rather inconvenient having to go through this process when an 'automatic' system fails.

Hi info1630 We appreciate that this may be an inconvenience for you however we're not able to give you a specific reason in this instance, it may have been due to an interuption in the connection between QuickBooks and the bank.
