I'm here to help you upload your receipts, roller.

 

The QuickBooks Online application may not be updated, or the data may be full. These are possible reasons why the Receipt snap tile is missing. Let's perform troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

 

To begin, update the app so we have the latest features. 

 

Android:

 

  1. Press the menu at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

Mac:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

Then, clear the app data:

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Click Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select Clear data.

 

If you get the same result, I'd recommend uninstalling the app. Then, reinstall it to improve the program's performance. 

 

Once done, upload the receipts again.
