Question

Normally when i do invoicing i can see the amount invoiced increase in the sales box on the dashboard. Can you help.

Hi, Meckie.

 

There’s a possibility that the sales box in your Dashboard is dated Last month or has a different date range. Try changing it to This month so you’ll be able to see the invoice you’ve just created. 


Though if the same issue continues, try opening your QuickBooks on a private window. If it works fine privately, clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different one.
