Hello there, @bellmail247.

I'm glad you've reached out to the Community. Let me help you retrieve the missing bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The first thing we need to do is to confirm that these transactions are posted in your bank account. You can log into your account on the bank's website and check if you see the transactions.

Right after, let's update your bank account to bring in the transactions to QBO by following these steps below:

  1. Select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update. You must enter these credentials within 2 minutes of being prompted.

If in case you still can't see them in QBO, we'll need to download the bank transaction manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using WebConnect.

To learn more about WebConnect, you can check this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

If you need further assistance with the steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and do a screen-sharing.

Here's how to contact our customer support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

This should get you on the right track. Fill me in if you have additional concerns about managing banking transactions. I'm always here to help you out.
