I'm here to lend a hand, @stevenrusden.

If it's your first time to connect a bank account, please know that the amount of data we can bring in depends entirely on your bank. It usually ranges from 30 to 90 days. If you'd want to get older transactions from your bank, you can manually upload transactions into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Here's how:

  1. Get the date for the oldest transaction in your QBO account.
  2. Sign in to your bank's website and Download transactions.
  3. Review the file format and size.
  4. Start your upload.
  5. Upload your file into QuickBooks.
  6. Categorize the transactions.

You can visit this article for the detailed step by step process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
