Question

Not all of my expenses are pulling through to my dashboard or my P&L. The expenses tab matches the CSV file uploaded, but the P&L and dashboard doesn't. It is out by 3/4k

Hi there, @carrie11.

 

Let me sort things out for you. The possible reason why the Expense dashboard and your P&L report don't match, because you may have toggle the incorrect dates in your reports window. To fix this, check the dates in the dashboard and toggle it correctly in your report. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab at the left navigation pane.
  2. In the search field, type in Profit and Loss.
  3. At the Report period section, choose the date that will show in your Expense dashboard.
  4. Click Run report

Once done, check if the transactions and amount match in the dashboard and in the report.
