Nothing is showing in my app. The website is working, but no invoices, customers etc are showing on the app. Can anyone help?

The online platform uses cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the QuickBooks functionalities. You can clear them to get your invoices, customers, and other information to show up.


If you're using an iOS device, you can perform these steps:

 

  1. Select the Menu.
  2. Click Help & Feedback.
  3. Choose Refresh Data.


On the other hand, if you're using an Android device, here's how to clear your cached files:

 

  1. Go to the Menu.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Click the Refresh Data option.
