On customer invoices the activity log at the bottom that customers could not see, useful for notes re reminders sent etc. THIS HAS GONE ? Previous bought up. no answer ?

Are you referring to the memo which would show as a additional box on  invoices that has been phased out we have been advised by our tier 2 technicians some accounts may still see this feature however it was not working as designed and based on feedback the decision was taken to remove it based on feedback from users.
