Solved

On the Banking tab, I click on Add attachment and nothing happens. And when I try to drag and drop an invoice just the link not the actual invoice attaches. How to fix?

I'm glad to know that it works with Chrome, @alex7.

Sometimes browsers stored cache and cookies that can causes issues when accessing some feature of QuickBooks Online (QBO). With this, we advise periodically clear them to prevent web problems. It also helps to boosts the loading time of web pages and improves the performance of your system. For more info, please see this article: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow?

To know the requirements on the specs and if your current browser is compatible with QBO, you may visit this link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

Also, in QBO you have the option to add attachments to customer and vendor profiles. This will help you with more organized record-keeping. For the detailed steps, please refer to this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back here if you have other concerns about accessing your QBO account. I'd appreciate any response and I'm always here if you need more help. Take care always.

Hi alex7,

It sounds like this may be a browser-related issue, can you try clearing the cache on your browser, or accessing using a different browser on your device to see if the issue persists? 👩‍💻

Thanks

Hi Georgia.  I cleared the history and I think I cleared the cache.  Still nothing.  Then I used another browser - Chrome (I prefer and usually use Safari).  Everything works on Chrome.  QB online has always worked well for me on Safari but now doesn't.  Why is that?  Why does Chrome work?  What can I do to fix it on Safari?
