I'll make sure you can review your receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @hubbard-dean1987.
To begin with, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account. This refreshes the system and for the updates to take effect.
If this is not the case, I recommend re-uploading the receipt to isolate this issue.
I'll show you how:
- Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Select the Receipts tab
- Click Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.
- Then review your upload receipts.
