Only 1/3 of my bank account transactions are showing up

Can you share with me the name of your financial institution? Any information will assist me in determining the best course of action to follow to fix this.

When downloading bank transactions, there are several factors to consider. The following are some of them:

• Some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
• Some banks will show a transaction on their website but won't download the transaction until it posts.
• If the missing transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.

In the meantime, we can manually update your banking page to download those missing transactions. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Banking tab.
2. Select Update.
3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.

Please wait until midnight for our system to finish downloading those entries. You can manually add those financial transactions if the problem persists. For a detailed guide, please see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
