Our Invoices no longer have the link on them to make payment via paypal? however from our view they say they do? Can anyone help please?

Hi, @sales242.

 

Your clients must be able to pay invoices online via PayPal as long the PayPal link is added to their invoices. Since they don't have the option, your customers may open the emailed invoices via a private browser or another device to isolate the issue. Unexpected behaviour may happen due to the stored cache on the regular browser they're using.

 

To save time, here's are the keyboard shortcuts for an incognito window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If it works fine, your customers can go back to their original browser and clear the cache to start fresh. Moreover, they can use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
