Payment account is auto changing

Data accumulation in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can sometimes cause unexpected responses, like buttons not working correctly or webpage issues. Let's access your company using a private window or incognito mode to check if the webpage is causing the selected account for your expense to change from the Payment account field.

Below are the shortcut keys in each browser:

• Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• Safari 11 or newer: Press ⌘ + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  
  

Once you’ve logged in, create an expense and select the appropriate account. If the account doesn’t change, clearing your cache can help eliminate any corrupted or invalid files, which can enhance performance and speed. Using another browser is a great alternative.
