Pending Transactions

Hi there,

 

I have noticed that for the last month I have a transaction still pending despite the money having been received, since this transaction has be stuck in "pending" status I have had no other transactions show up in my quickbooks account despite the money having been received by my bank!

 

Is there a solution to this so that my records are accurate?

Let me help you get past this issue, Ashleigh.

 

Can you please tell us what specific bank you're using? This will help us provide more detailed guidance.

 

For now, you can manually update your transactions to see your latest ones. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Connect bank under Transactions.
  2. Click Refresh all.

 

Also, I recommend contacting our support team to investigate the matter further.

Hi 

I use Natwest bank currently.I have tried your suggestion however I've not had any luck.

I will contact the support team regarding this issue

Hello Ashleigh, having had a look at your account in the system, I can see you're getting an error token expired error 360, for your NatWest online/mobile (UK) account. Can you do a brand new connection and then toggle the old connection off this should if you have a look at this article in the hide bank section and follow the steps, this should resolve your issue.  This article has all the information and steps you need for this.
