I can guide you in getting the invoice of your QuickBooks Online subscription. You'll receive an invoice from Intuit for your monthly subscription to the email address you used to sign up with. To get a copy of it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab. 
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click on View payment history
  5. On the Payment History page, select the desired date range.
  6. Hit the printer icon to print.

To make sure that you'll receive an invoice via email, I recommend contacting our phone support. This way, they can pull up your accounts and check why you're not receiving any monthly receipts. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter "Didn't receive the email of invoice of QuickBooks Online monthly subscription" in the description.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat.
