Printing Supplier remittance advice to fit window envelopes

Greetings, LDHM.

Let me first welcome you to the Online family. I’ll be your guide so the remittances will fit on the window envelopes.

We'll go through a series of steps to get this done but rest easy, I've got your back. The first thing is to check the Page margins settings and make sure to mark the box for Fit printed form with payslip in window envelope.

This will ensure you can print the transaction smoothly. To review the current settings, please follow the steps below:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Custom Form Styles.
2. Click Edit on the right side of the column.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Edit print settings.
4. Mark the box for Fit printed form with payslip in window envelope.
5. Click on Done and Save.

Now, open the bill payment and adjust the printer setup. Here's how:

1. Go to Expenses on the left panel, then select the bill payment you’re working on.
2. On the Bill Payment page, go to the bottom of the page and select Print.
3. Go to the Printer icon in the upper-right hand.
4. In the Print window, you can modify the setup by changing the information.
5. Click on Print.
