Problem with Transaction entries or modifying existing data

QBO is only allowing me to do only one transaction, and when i come to do another, it does not allow, i.e. when making new invoice and after completing this, i cannot make another or edit any existing data etc. I have to logout and start again to do just one transaction or modify one piece of data, then logout again and so on. I have tried with Google Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge, the problem is on all of them.

Hi Tony1952, this sounds unusual and there may be a browser issue impacting performance - to check this, please access QuickBooks via a private browsing window (on Google Chrome or MS Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + n to open) or clear the cache and cookies on your browser for a period of 'all time' and then fully close and re-open this. Please note, clearing the cache will log you out of any active sessions, so we'd recommend completing any work before doing this. 🙂
